The popularity of dessert-flavoured beverages continues to rise, with the likes of cookies and creams, brownies and black forest gateau. Taking the dessert world by storm, Lotus Biscoff has been a firm favourite in recent years.

The irresistible caramelised biscuit flavour has been used to create indulgent cheesecakes, traybakes, freak shakes and has now even been introduced as a limited McDonald’s McFlurry this July.

Lotus Biscoff Latte

Biscoff Hot Chocolate

Matcha & Lotus Frappe

Ingredients

DaVinci Gingerbread or Caramel syrup
Lotus Biscoff Topping
Double Espresso
Flat Milk
Whipped Cream
Lotus biscuit

Add a generous garnish of Lotus Biscoff topping sauce to the inside of a glass. Add a double shot of espresso. Add one pump of either gingerbread or caramel syrup. Top with steamed flat milk. Garnish with whipped cream and a crumbled Lotus Biscoff biscuit.

In the nicer weather, this recipe doubles up as an indulgent iced latte – just add ice and swap for normal milk. For the perfect vegan alternative, this recipe works great with oat milk too!

Ingredients

Chocolate Abyss 30%
DaVinci Gingerbread or Caramel syrup
Lotus Biscoff Topping
Flat milk
Whipped cream
Lotus biscuit

Add a generous garnish of Lotus Biscoff sauce to the inside of a glass. Add 1 scoop of our Chocolate Abyss 30% and 1 pump of either caramel or gingerbread DaVinci syrup. Top with steamed flat milk, whipped cream and a crumbled Lotus Biscoff biscuit.

Ingredients

SUKI Japanese grade Matcha
DaVinci Vanilla syrup
Lotus Biscoff Topping
Lotus Biscoff biscuits
Ice
Whipped Cream
Milk

Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, 1/3 glass of milk, ¾ glass of ice and 1 pump of vanilla syrup to the blender. Blend on programme 3. Spread a small amount of Lotus Biscoff sauce to the glass and distribute. Garnish with a crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuit.

This recipe is a match made in heaven – matcha and lotus. Increasingly growing in popularity, matcha is not only a superfood, but seen as an indulgent treat thanks to the growing trends in bubble tea.

Biscoff & Banana Shake

Lotus Biscoff Topping
Espresso Warehouse Oat Milk
Ice
Lotus biscuit crumbled

Add 3 pumps of banana syrup, ½ glass of oat milk, ½ glass of ice and 2 lotus biscuits into a blender. Blend on programme 3. Garnish glass with Lotus Biscoff sauce. Pour mix into glass and garnish with 1 crushed lotus biscuit.

Add one biscuit, a generous squeeze of Lotus Biscoff topping, 1/3 glass of milk and ice ice to the blender. Blend on programme 3. Garnish the inside of the glass with Lotus Biscoff sauce before adding the mix from the blender jug. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of Lotus Biscoff sauce and a crushed lotus biscuit for a super indulgent treat.
