Terms & Conditions
1.1. this offer is provided by Matthew Algie & Company Limited (SC028433), registered address 16/18 Lawmoor Road, Glasgow, G5 0UL ("the Promoter", "we", "us").
2.1. The offer runs from 1 September 2026 until earlier of (a) 50 eligible customers signing up or (b) 30 November 2026 (the "Offer Period").
2.2. The first 50 eligible customers to sign up during the Offer Period will receive their first month free, as defined at clause 6.
2.3. The offer is strictly limited to the first 50 eligible customers. Once 50 eligible customers have signed up, the offer closes, whether or not the Offer Period has ended.
2.4. Sign-ups made outside the Offer Period, or after the 50-customer limit is reached, will not qualify.
3.1. The offer is open to Nisa customers based in Great Britain that are new customers of the Promoter and do not already have a Smokin' Bean solution in place.
3.2. The individual signing up must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of the business.
3.3. The premises must meet the minimum installation requirements: a minimum of 1m² of space, a 13amp electricity supply and a water supply.
3.4. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this offer are not eligible.
3.5. By signing up, the customer confirms it meets all eligibility requirements.
4.1 To claim, sign up via the QR code on the flyer and enter into a Smokin' Bean supply agreement during the Offer Period.
5.1. The first 50 eligible customers will be determined by the order in which signed Smokin' Bean supply agreements are received, as recorded by the Promoter.
5.2 The Promoter's records are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.1. "First month free" means the waiver of the first month's standard charges under the customer's Smokin' Bean supply agreement.
6.2. The following remain payable by the customer and are not covered by the offer: any pay-by-day products purchased beyond the points allowance and any charges beyond the first month.
6.3. The offer is conditional on the customers entering into, and complying with, a Smokin' Bean supply agreement, the terms of which govern the ongoing supply.
6.4. If the customer terminates the agreement within the agreed supply term, the Promoter reserves the right to recover the value of the free month.
6.5. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
6.6. The Promoter may substitute the offer with one of equal or greater value where necessary.

8.1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for sign-ups that are lost, delayed or not received, or for technical issues, platform outages or user error.
8.2. Nothing in the terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the offer.
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer for reasons outside its reasonable control.
9.2. The Promoter may disqualify any customer it reasonably suspects of tampering with, or attempting to circumvent, these terms.
9.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
