When you receive your new coffee machine, you’ll receive full training at installation. That means you’ll learn how to use it, clean it and look after the machine to the highest standard.
We offer 7-day technical support over the phone. Our expert support staff will try to diagnose and rectify the issue while you are on the phone, but if that is not possible, we will send a Field Service Engineer out to you.
Our Field Service Engineers carry out their work to the highest standard in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. We offer full service for the duration of your contract (including any repairs), annual maintenance and PSSR compliance. We also offer fully certified pressure vessel inspection & certification as well as bespoke water filtration solutions in partnership with Brita.
