Sustainability
From the farms where coffee is grown, to how it is roasted in Glasgow, our focus is always on people, places and planet. We are proud to have launched the UK’s first triple certified espresso and have won awards for our commitment to Sustainability, but awards matter less than action, and real progress is what drives us forward.
Ethical Sourcing
We source green coffee by working directly with farmers and cooperatives worldwide.

Our Five Pillar Plan
Sustainability is built into every part of the business. Our five pillar plan outlines our sustainability goals.
Our Five Pillars
- Sustainable Sourcing of Coffee - Ensuring environmental, social and economic sustainabillity within out sourcing strategy.
- Sustainable Sourcing of Other Products - Choosing tea, cocoa, sugar and more from suppliers with trusted ethical standards.
- Environment - Reducing our environmental impact at our operational sites and within our value chain.
- Investing in Our People - Creating a fair, inclusive workplace that protects rights and values every voice.
- Engaging with our Community - Fulfilling our social responsibility by working with local charities and coffee communities while protecting wild places.
The journey to Net Zero by 2040 is both ambitious and essential. Our roadmap outlines our goals, while our carbon reduction plan sets targets aligned with the SBTi to reduce emissions to zero by 2040.
Oversight is provided by the Environmental Committee, which brings together expertise from across the business to review progress, set targets, and challenge us to go further. The committee ensures that our progress is measured, ambitious, and transparent.
Quality You Can Rely On
Coffee Crafted with Care
Every batch is roasted with precision. Traditional Probat drum roasters allow us to create profiles that bring out the best in each coffee. For small projects, our Italian Vittoria roaster handles micro lots with the same attention to detail.
Consistency You Can Count On
Customers expect the same taste every time. To achieve this, each coffee is cupped before shipment, on arrival and after roasting. These checks ensure flavour and aroma meet the highest standards, giving you confidence in every order.
Freshness Protected
Flavour is fragile. To preserve it, coffee is packed straight after roasting in one way valve bags that release natural gases while keeping oxygen out. This protects the character of the coffee so it performs at its best in your machines.
Why It Matters for You
The roastery is more than a production site. It ensures every bag is expertly crafted, quality tested and ready to deliver a great customer experience. Alongside our machines and support, it keeps your business running smoothly and customers returning.Sign up to our
