  • The promotion will run between 28th October and 4th November 2016.

  • Simply quote code XMASESHOT when you order by phone or email. Or use code XMASESHOT in the 'discount' box if you order at No purchase necessary.  To enter without purchasing please email quoting code XMASESHOT providing your business and contact details.

  • The prize draw is open to employees of UK registered and trading businesses, self-employed individuals and sole-traders. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Matthew Algie, their families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

  • By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you have sought your employer’s consent (where applicable).

  • Only one entry per business, self-employed individual or sole-trader

  • The winner will be chosen at random and given £50 of credit towards Espresso Warehouse products to be used within 3 months.

  • The prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.

  • The winner will be notified by email or phone on or before 20 November 2016.  The winner must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of being notified or else the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).

  • The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner’s name and county of residence will be made available after 20th November 2016 to those sending an SAE to Marketing, Matthew Algie, 16 Lawmooor Road, Glasgow, G5 0UL.

  • Matthew Algie shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
