This course will guide you through the history of tea, harvesting and tea processing. You will learn tips on how to brew tea correctly, not only at home, but also in your café. It will give you the ability to engage with your customers and choose options suitable for you.
The course is open to students based in the UK and Ireland, as well as international students. Each student needs a laptop or tablet with a microphone and a camera. Prior to the session we will post you other tools required to complete the course.
