Coming Soon – Three Microlots from Peru

We are very excited to have taken delivery of three microlots from specific farmers through Sol and Café cooperative in Northern Peru.  The coffees were all selected for their amazing cup profile during our recent sourcing trip.

One of the micro-lots was produced by Segundo Daniel Alarcon who has 2.5 Ha incorporating Pache, Caturra and Bourbon varieties. Daniel ferments the coffee for 8-10 hours before drying on African raised beds. He has owned the farm for 8 years and has been a member of Sol y Café since 2007.

We'll let you know as soon as they are available for sale. In the meantime, take a look at the microlots that are currently available.
