Artist in Residence Competition

Enter for your chance to win a visit from our on-stand artist to create a piece of art for you. To enter, visit the Matthew Algie stand at World of Coffee and tweet an image of the art being created by our on-stand artist. Your tweet must mention @Matthew_Algie and the hashtag #coffeeart. Make sure you’re following @Matthew_Algie to be eligible to enter.

·         Matthew Algie’s Artist in Residence Competition promotion will run during visiting hours at the World of Coffee Exhibition Dublin 2016. Only entries made during that period will be valid and accepted for the core prize draw.

·         The prize is for a chalk artist to attend your business and create an agreed piece of chalk art for one working day, allowing for any travel time within that same day.

·         The prize will be redeemable for 6 months from notification of winning and is subject to agreeing a date that suits both the artist and winner.

·         Matthew Algie will aim to send chalk artist Niall Marron from Dublin, but reserves the right to use an alternative supplier if necessary.

·         The prize is redeemable to businesses in Ireland and the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales) and excludes employees of Matthew Algie, their families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

·         No purchase necessary but entrants must attend the Matthew Algie stand F2.

·         Don’t get carried away! Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and may only enter once during any single Promotion Window. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win.

·         Winners will be picked at random from all eligible entries received within the Promotion Window by internal parties.

·         There will be 1 winner and he/she will be announced between 25 June and 1 July 2016.

·         Entrants can enter to win via Twitter. Users must follow @Matthew_Algie on Twitter.

·         Entrants must send a tweet with an image of the artwork being created at the Matthew Algie stand using text, images and/or videos. The tweet must mention @Matthew_Algie and the hashtag #coffeeart to validate the entry. All tweets that do not include this hashtag will not be included in the shortlisting process.

·         Online entry via Twitter only - all participants must have access to the internet and an active Twitter account. If you do not have a Twitter account, you will need to create one in order to participate - you will require an active email address in order to do this.

·         By submitting an entry, you are releasing all copyrights to Matthew Algie to use any information, images or videos provided as promotional material, including the entrant’s name.

·         There is no cash alternative to the prizes and the promoter reserves the right to offer prizes of equal or greater value.

·         The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, and entrants release Twitter entirely in relation to any liability associated with the promotion, insofar as is permissible by English law.

·         The promoter's decision is final.

 

Matthew Algie shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The winning prize is: a day of our stand artist’s time (UK and Ireland) at your premises, including any travel time.

The winner’s twitter username will be posted on the Twitter account for @Matthew_Algie after the winner has been selected.

The user-generated content on Twitter does not necessarily reflect the opinions of Matthew Algie or its affiliates (and we can’t promise its accuracy). We reserve the right to remove any content that we think is inappropriate.

 

 

Coffee With Our Compliments

Tweet a picture from the Matthew Algie stand at World of Coffee to claim a bag of Colombia Inza pre-ground filter coffee (while stocks last). Simply take a photo from the stand and tweet it, mentioning @Matthew_Algie and the hashtag #weknowcoffee. Then show us your tweet at the stand to receive your free bag of coffee.

·         Matthew Algie’s Coffee With Our Compliments promotion will run during visitor hours at World of Coffee Dublin 2016 (or while stocks last). Only tweets sent during that period from the Matthew Algie stand will be valid.

·         This promotion is open to attendees of World of Coffee event; excluding employees of Matthew Algie, their families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

·         No purchase necessary but entrants must attend the Matthew Algie stand F2 and tweet a selfie from the stand. This must be shown to a representative on the stand who will issue a bag of coffee if your tweet meets the eligibility criteria.

·         Entrants must send a tweet mentioning @Matthew_Algie using text, images and/or videos. The hashtag #weknowcoffee must be included to validate the entry. All tweets that do not include @Matthew_Algie and the hashtag will not be eligible to claim a free bag.
